Well said, it blew my mind how much if something is wrong with your marriage/family work just can't be done well. I think with my next company I plan to have a seperate slack channel just for spouses to talk and support each other, or something to help them stay well. I think companies should pay for couples retreats or something to make sure the home life is good.
