Do you think the same way about suicide hotlines? Of course choosing to die is anyone's right and it is bad that most countries still ban euthanasia, but often people want to die not by choice but because of illness or some kind of misunderstanding, and helping them is a good thing. I don't think that by "psychological care" OP meant "forcibly putting people into ward" which could justify your reply.
