Unless they can fix this then buying direct from the manufacturer has to be the only safe way. Otherwise you have to trust a retailer who even if trustworthy, has to trust a wholesaler.
- Symbiote 7y agoAny climbing/outdoors shop is fine; they're selling the products directly and are liable for problems — so they make sure there's no problems.
