Yes, I use my R.Pi3 as a development server. I run Nginx -> Postgrest -> PostgreSQL on the R.Pi, and it has served me faithfully for more than a year. It is blazing fast ( _for my needs_ ) and I can quickly replicate and setup another R.Pi if needed in a jiffy. I can't wait to port my setup to the new ARM64 R.Pi4!
