- klipt 7y agoI think the point is that young people are more exploitable. That's not really a good thing for young people, but one can see why employers would want to exploit them. This is why unions fought for 40 hour work weeks. Otherwise it's a race to the bottom in terms of who can overwork the most.
- titanomachy 7y agoI think older workers are wise to work fewer hours and demand more holiday. Still, companies exploit the flexibility of young people.
