I think they should do screenings for more intimate groups. Do couches, coffee tables, etc. Like karaoke rooms. But compete by giving more flexibility about time and selection. Maybe even offer blockbuster TV shows, so you can book a Stranger Things party with a group. I think IP licensing might be the biggest problem there, which would mean that Hollywood is stepping on its own tail to some degree.
