Just a comment under you is a description why it's a good analogy (by user skrebbel). Do you disagree (it's a newer comment than yours)?
- scotty79 7y agoDepends. Treadmill feels like a good analogy for suffering from seeking happiness the wrong way. For hoping that little happy events will somehow change how happy you feel in general. But that's not a good analogy for the whole effect of events and actions that make you happy momentarily having not much to do with your long term happiness.
