I have an all new respect for pizza. I knew making a great pizza was hard but the amount of careful experimentation and analysis that went into this is incredible.
It is a bit intimidating though. I think I will leave this for the pros.
- diego_moita 16y agoBy any means NO! Do it, man; it is worth trying! I am a amateur cooker & baker. And you just can't imagine how many times I failed in so many disastrous ways. But getting a perfect bread or pizza right, once in a while, and having your wife saying "tonight, you really deserve good sex!" is just priceless.
