I bought a refurb i7, 16GB in summer 2016 that site says the has already been serviced. Too bad because I really need a battery replacement and I'm otherwise completely happy with the computer.
- stevewodil 7y agoSay you're having problems with the keyboard, and have them replace it. I think that they are replacing the whole top case in these instances which includes the battery. I'm sure someone will correct me if that's not the case
- bdcravens 7y agoIf it has already been serviced, that may be due to a keyboard replacement already. Do they do unlimited keyboard replacements?
