Price controls do not work. High home prices are a symptom of a lack of available housing and the only way to fix the lack of housing is by building more housing.
- mcguire 7y agoHigh home prices are often a symptom of easy money and inflation localized to that sector. (Specifically, the houses described in the article seem to be poster children of this type.) That was the whole 2008 thing, right?
