- yellowapple 7y agoMy point is more that Microsoft's trying to do too much and make Monaco too fancy. Monaco breaks in amusing ways on desktop browsers, too (prime example: none of the sample editors on https://microsoft.github.io/monaco-editor/ https://microsoft.github.io/monaco-editor/ are scrollable with the mouse wheel on Firefox on Linux; also, the context menu continues to lack either "select all" or "paste"). If Monaco wasn't so absurdly over-engineered it would be much easier to support on mobile browsers.
