If they're so good and so cheap, then why do so many places still employ human dishwashers?
- TeMPOraL 7y agoLabour is even cheaper on the lower end; the technological solution wins at scale.
- SiempreViernes 7y agoI don't think many places with someone hired just for the dishes makes them do it purely by hand, typically the machine does the washing and the human does the loading, and stacking and return of cleaned dishes. The dishwasher on display only really simplifies the loading bit.
