Keeping a barber seems great until you realize that there aren't enough doctors. - Will "rent" be shifted to other, less trackable metrics? Will there be large application fees to apply? Does Berlin have something similar to condo associations or HOAs that will increase? There are consequences to every action.. are the first order ones acceptable here?
