Can Microsoft sue companies that release Kinect-based products that are not licensed (and specifically required to work on the xbox 360)?
- devicenull 16y agoI would think the DMCA 'reverse engineering for compatibility' exception would prevent that.
- iwwr 16y agoWasn't someone selling unlocked xboxes fined and/or imprisoned recently?
