I don't know much about how to mine or obtain crypto currencies. Can someone explain to me how I would get Libra?

    So there is no way to mine it? You just buy it at a set price? Does that mean that it is not really designed to be "invested in" the way people invest in bitcoin and others?

      Correct. It's backed by a basket of fiat currencies (USD, GBP, JPY, EUR).
