By way of comparison the entire 'human'species is about that age. += 250-500k years depending on how you measure.
Honestly it's far far far better to focus on reaching superhuman intelligence and AGI and then just creating a Dyson sphere around our sun.
At that point we can try to figure out FTL travel...
- morsmodr 7y agoThis! If you look at all the life on Earth, humans are the only ones to have maximized brain functionality and evolved to change their surroundings on a global scale. We should continue focusing on superhuman intelligence and AGI which will solve problems that we cannot simply right now due to our evolutionary limit at this point in time.
