Ask HN: Open-Source Neural Architecture Search Framework?

Hey HN, I've been doing some research into Neural Architecture Search recently, and I've come across some tools like Auto-Keras. While they seem promising, I feel like a more robust, powerful tool would be a lot more useful for the machine learning and software engineering community. Is there any tool that lets you swap the search algorithm and criteria dynamically? I imagine something like this would become a huge part of modern machine learning in industry. I of course probably have some mistaken assumption.
