Maybe the U.S. can, but it seems that some people still think it's more efficient to go elsewhere, and in the near term I don't see that opinion changing.

- BuckRogers 7y agoThat efficiency can be eliminated with tariffs, just as much of the rest of the world does. The only safe place to do business, is in the country that you're selling to. That should've never been encouraged to get away from to begin with.
