I'm sad that the next TV I buy will probably have to be a "smart" TV. I went out of my way to find a dumb one the last time around, and I had to settle for a lower end model because all the higher end ones have a "smart" component. All my apps are via an attached Apple TV. Oh well. As long as it works without being connected to my network I guess it's fine.
