I used to send all the RSS articles to my mail box. Integrated synchronization between devices, mark as read, starring, categorizing, search... All it needs is a script that runs somewhere, it's the simplest one you can self host (provided you already have a mail box) I don't use it anymore because I don't do RSS anymore. I found the constant browsing to be a bit of a desperate situation, the same way people constantly browse their Facebook account. I'd rather stumble upon a nice article.
