- mav3rick 7y agoThat's not what they bargained for when they hired a senior person. Basic coding questions would have filtered him.

- pault 7y agoWe've had several sit-downs. The problem with a low-skilled senior developer is you'll never convince them that they are writing junior-level code. It would shatter their world view.
