It's always been my view that Facebook type social platforms are generally bad for society. They have too much power. The article mentioned one of the persons that FB categorized as 'hate agents' is Paul Joseph Watson (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paul_Joseph_Watson https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paul_Joseph_Watson). Tomorrow it could be someone else. That FB (and other massive social platforms such as Twitter, etc) has this power is worrisome. Just today, there was news that Twitter blocked ~4900 accounts that are linked to Iranian government or related entities. Too much power. Too concentrated. In one country. The world should stop using these massive platforms to spread any news.
