I think next time I interview someone I'll ask them to fizzbuzz: - if they are confident and fail, I'll pass on them - if they are nervous and we'll fail, we'll talk about it, and move on with the interview - if they succeed, I'll move on w/the interview - if they refuse, I'll hire them immediately and recommend them for promotion
