Agreed. Even without going down the philosophical rabbit hole, it should be clear in 2019 that retributive justice is unseemly.
- sysbin 7y agoI would say barbaric for what's possible without an antiquated incorrect belief.
- amazingman 7y agoI agree. I just think that tactically all we really need is for people to realize that what we have now is retributive, and calling them barbaric tends to backfire.
