Question: how do we prove in the court in the future that we've sent them the rejection letter?
- gruez 7y agoTracked mail would do, although it also means extra $$$
- zbruhnke 7y agoWe're getting tracking on all of the letters and will send that information with the emails as well! Sorry we did not make that more clear
- m-ee 7y agoCertified mail with a return receipt
- mkay581 7y agoSending certified mail only can prove that something was sent. Doesn't necessarily mean that the mail you sent contained an opt-out notice.
