  Your site is cancer. The “chat with an expert” thing that no one could ever possibly want to do covers the whole screen. Tapping the X to close out of it just expands it as if you wanted to chat with an expert, because the hit box for the X is smaller than the X. Tapping the next X to close out of the full page “chat with an expert” overlay lags for 3 seconds so you tap it again thinking you must have missed it the first time. Once the lag stops, the second tap still goes through and slides the entire page to the left to expand the hamburger menu. Fifteen seconds on your site felt like being in hell and now I’m afraid to tap anything. I predict your business will fail.
