I agree that people from Target Schools have an easier time getting their foot in the door, but I also believe the benefit stops shortly thereafter.

I agree that people from Target Schools have an easier time getting their foot in the door, but I also believe the benefit stops shortly thereafter.
- esoterica 7y agoThe benefits carry forward though. If you have a good first job, that makes it a lot easier to get a good second job, third job, VC funding, etc.
