I manage a medium sized team of developers, many of whom often work from home. IM is our communication lifeline. I couldn't imagine having to phone or email them 100 times a day, what a nightmare.
- el_memorioso 7y agoI can't imagine working at a place where my manager feels it is necessary to interrupt a developer 100 times a day. When do you expect them to be able and concentrate for more than a few minutes and actually get something done?
