- nutcracker46 7y agoI have been saying for a while that Hong Kong is doomed. It is only a matter of time before the SAR is swallowed up and renamed "Shenzhen East." The Beijing communists truly hate that Hong Kong people have human rights and rule of law. They assert repeatedly how democracy isn't for Chinese people. Democracy works fine for Hong Kong and Taiwan, so QED. Mainland China doesn't need the dystopia it has, and Hong Kong people refuse to accept it.
- theredbox 7y agoEverything that makes Hong Kong unique will be erased and whole of Hong Kong will be crushed and incorporated in the CCP into greater bay area.
