Regarding health insurance, we already prevent insurers from denying coverage based on preexisting condition. Surely we could pass a similar law to cover this case?
- ianai 7y agoAnd how many times has that protection been challenged by republicans? They’ve voted to repeal it in the republicans controlled house, the senate, filed lawsuits, and the AG stated overturning Obamacare as a goal of the DOJ.
