I believe you are one of the few that have made remote-first work for them. I've done most of my work for clients remotely. It takes a very specific kind of person to work like that, and sadly it's not sustainable in the long run. Being alone for that many hours a day starts to get old. Not to mention the communication barriers. You really have to pick the best people to have a workflow similar to an office full of people speaking the same language in the same time and place. Good for you though. I see great potential for remote-first teams as well, it's just that the talent pool is tricky.
