I highly doubt you can eat price increases for the entire US population. These things don't just affect you, so it's a bit selfish to take such a "well I'm going to be okay" attitude.
- jimbob45 7y agoAd hom. Also we could just implement a progressive tax on the US pop and redistribute it to those who would get hit the hardest. In reality, I don't think we're going to stop trade with China, I'm just saying I'd be okay with it and that surface-level concerns with such an idea are easily solvable.
