I really cannot blame DO for this incident. These kinds of things must be handled in a learn as you go way and when I consider what one can do with a DO VPS (or 10) it's astonishing. I would expect them to automatically flag some uses. A business "relationship" is a two way thing. You call and talk to people, and tell them what you want to do, and ask if it's ok. When I've called and talked to DO reps about what I've wanted to do they have been very accommodating.
