This is tragic. Can anyone on HackerNews help them with advocacy or employment opportunities?
- temp129038 7y agoThis is unfortunate, but tragic is stretching it.
- horyzen 7y agoUnfortunately employment opportunity doesn't help in this case. They are already offered jobs/interns but cannot legally start working (anywhere) because they have to wait for the work permit (OPT) to be approved.
