Ask HN: The new Google search bar is incredibly frustrating. Where can I report?

I posted on reddit/r/vent "OMG the new google search bar is so annoying to me, the text moves when you click in it and so I keep clicking in the wrong place" It seems others agreed, the replies are: "I'm surprised no one seems to be talking about how incredibly irritating this is." and "Glad it's not just me. It's basically like those web ads from 15 years ago that popped up and tried to avoid the mouse. Why did anyone think this was a good idea?" Where can I report this to someone at Google who'd consider changing it, or at least looking into it?
