Don't all countries have a list of people that aren't allowed to leave because of some criminal investigation?
- bayesian_horse 7y agoNot all countries apply that to dissidents. Much fewer apply this to all their relatives and many of their friends. And Chinese get refused exit visa without there being any criminal investigation.
