Many of these laws are also laws in the US, but not in all states. Passing on the right (undertaking) is illegal in many states. Hanging out in the left lane while not actively passing cars to the right is similarly illegal in most states. In Germany, I noticed that they use camera enforcement for tailgating and undertaking - not just for speed. Since these activities seem much more dangerous than speeding, it seems strange that there is so little enforcement in the US.
