At least they're upfront about I guess. Unlike most companies including those that fall into BIGCORP where you're stack ranked out if you aren't competing on hours spent in office.
- rchaud 7y agoThe flipside is the BIGCORP will likely be around in 5 years, will offer a decent healthcare plan and any share-based compensation is likely to be worth more than $0 when you vest.
