Why is iMac better than iMac pro for single threaded?
- pdimitar 7y agoBecause the Xeon-W CPUs reduce frequency per core as you increase your usage to more and more cores. The 18-core version still has 4.3 GHz single-core turbo frequency. My workflow is mostly multicore so to me the iMac Pro is clearly superior.
