- JumpCrisscross 7y ago> investigations don't do anything Sure they do. Even if they result in no action, they're a distraction for management and a source of stress for every senior person who has to prepare for providing testimony under oath.
- rongenre 7y agoNo, an investigation is necessary for legal action. Without, the likelihood is 0, with it's higher although clearly not a certainty.
- Donald 7y agoThe released FTC report, at the very least, will be cited for years in civil lawsuits against Facebook.
