- nostromo 16y agoNope. They served me, I had x amount of days to respond. I had the website up in just a few days. Meanwhile I had requested that the trial be moved to a different location, where the service was rendered, which if I remember would have taken a few months just to be considered by the court. Long before any court date they had dropped everything.
