- whatever_dude 16y agoSão Paulo. Stray bullet to the head (luckily just a scratch) and then having my car (and everything else I had with me) jacked at gunpoint.
- bioinformatics 16y agoI was robbed when biking, got me in the leg. Carjacked a couple of years later with ATM visit, clothes, wallet, etc gone.
- lzm 16y agoHow did you leave, if I may ask? I have a feeling that it is very hard to emigrate to a better country.
- bioinformatics 16y agoFound a job in Canada in 2003 and still here. Canada, AFAIK, has an easier immigration process than US, and regulations are less stringent for work permits.
