I almost always had a friend with me to help out with storing the crutches and getting in and out of the car, but regardless my rating fell at least a tenth. Drivers probably didn’t like how I needed to grab onto their car to enter and exit, or maybe that the crutches were in their car, or that the whole process took a bit longer.
