I have Windows 10 Pro on a laptop and still have to use 3rd party software to control how much bandwidth all of the update mechanisms in Windows Update use or nothing else will get updates/stream (or flat out function), folks with higher bandwidth or corporate internet access will not feel this kind of pain.
