I think if there were more primary care doctors people wouldn’t go to emergency rooms. You shouldn’t have to go to an ER if you have fever.

- erentz 7y agoAnd 80% or more of what a primary care doctor does can comfortably be done by any decent nurse practitioner. We should be encouraging the training of many more nurse practitioners to take this load.
