The NYT publishing straight up fiction, even clearly labeled, in their opinion pages isn't a great look in an age where journalistic credibility is a huge issue.
- neom 7y agoWhy? It very clearly says it's an op'ed, from the future, talks about 2059 (it's 2019), and, notes the author is an award winning science fiction writer.
- zone411 7y agoThat's what stuck out to me also. Nevertheless, I'm looking forward to more articles in this series - it might make people think more long term.
