What should be the next step after failing to get traction?
- alex_c 7y agoIdeally pivot, if you have the runway. If the initial idea was way off it might be hard to pivot within reasonably short time/cost. If the plan is self fund - launch - show traction - get funding, then the "get funding" step probably won't happen so the next step is folding.
