I've only been to two of the restaurants mentioned in this article: Liverpool House and Au Pied du Cochon. They are two of my most favorite restaurants in the world, with the latter being my most favorite. I've never been able to get a seat at Joe Beef. I've heard it's "touristy" now but I'd still like to experience it.
