  Nah. That would be INITCOMMONCONTROLSEX. And the related LVM_SORTITEMSEX, DDSCAPSEX, and of course MPR_CREDENTIALSEX_0.

  How about SHITEMID in the shlwapi DLL? That's supposed to be SH-ITEM-ID.
