I think you've misunderstood my position. That candy bar thing is stealing, and stealing a seat on the train is stealing too. This is not abstract or anti-common-sense. The parent to my comment had made a hypothetical more complicated by adding a special case (about the train getting full) and I suggested he reconsider without that complication.
